This is in a real sense thoughtful and excellent initiative.
I had been heading global marketing of an IOL manufacturing unit in India until recently and at my own level initiated the concept of practice management in the form of series of workshop which had a phenomenol response from the ophthalmologists as well as their support staff.
I wish you all the very best in this beginning.
